Job Position Description:
This position is 1st shift, M-F, full-time, approximately 30-35 hours/wk.

This daytime position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Candidates with commercial cleaning, construction labor, or equipment spotter experience are encouraged to apply. You do not need experience in all areas cleaning OR construction cleaning.

Job Duties
• Clean construction areas, offices, hallways, and workspaces
• Remove trash and construction debris
• Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces
• Follow PPE and safety rules at all times
• Work safely around active construction
• Assist with general labor or equipment spotting if experienced

Requirements
• Commercial cleaning or construction labor or spotter experience preferred
• OSHA 10 preferred (we can help you obtain it if needed)
• Must be willing to take a drug test and have a Background check

• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Must be able to work in a construction environment
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
